About Us
Home Care Pulse was founded by Aaron Marcum, a former successful private duty home care owner. We exclusively provide client & caregiver satisfaction services to private duty home care agencies.
One of the primary reasons Aaron started Home Care Pulse, was to help those in need of private duty home care be able to find agencies that care about quality and consistently provide the best in quality care.
Aaron felt that in order to help private duty agencies PROVE they are constantly working to improve the quality of care they provide, there needed to be a satisfaction measurement organization that specialized in this unique industry.
Home Care Pulse has created a proven and powerful method of capturing and measuring feedback, giving their customers a significant competitive advantage in their respective marketplaces. Home Care Pulse customers excel because we provide them with powerful reports and marketing tools that help them PROVE they provide the best in quality care.
In 2010, Home Care Pulse partnered with the National Private Duty Association (NPDA) and conducted the largest and most in-depth study ever performed on behalf of the private duty home care industry. This study was extremely successful, with over 500 agencies participating, representing 1,400 total locations. The result? Nearly a hundred page report that includes sales, marketing, financial, operations, and client/caregiver satisfaction benchmarks! Plus, approx. 20 articles from experts in the industry.
This report is packed with information that has never been available to private duty owners/executives, until now!
