Beyond looking good on paper, the Best of Home Care Awards are actual proof that you are one of the best in the home care industry. Caregivers want to work for providers who value their happiness, and clients want to be cared for by providers that hear their concerns. What awards can you earn, and how do you earn them?

2017 Best of Home Care Provider of Choice AwardBest of Home Care—Provider of Choice

This award is given to those customers who have excelled in client satisfaction reviews. They are above the industry standard for in home care. They have received the highest satisfaction scores from their current clients, based on monthly client interviews conducted by Home Care Pulse. The Provider of Choice Award shows current and prospective clients that these providers are dedicated to client satisfaction and are trustworthy home care providers. This award is great marketing tool to help with client referrals and client acquisition. To qualify for Best of Home Care—Provider of Choice, you must:

  • Be a Home Care Pulse Certified – Trusted Provider for at least six consecutive months.
  • Have a minimum of 10% of clients interviewed monthly.
  • Achieve the top 50th percentile in two or more client satisfaction categories for your region.

2017 Best of Home Care Employer of Choice AwardBest of Home Care—Employer of Choice

This award is given to those customers who have excelled in caregiver satisfaction reviews. This means your caregivers are happy working for you! These businesses support and train their caregivers, and their caregiver satisfaction scores have earned them recognition as a top employer. This award gives current and potential clients peace of mind, knowing these providers employ some of the best caregivers in the industry. If you struggle with caregiver retention or recruitment, this award is a great marketing tool. To qualify for Best of Home Care—Employer of Choice, you must:

  • Be a Home Care Pulse Certified – Trusted Provider for at least six consecutive months.
  • Have at least 10% of caregivers interviewed monthly.
  • Achieve the top 50th percentile in two or more caregiver satisfaction categories for your region. See below for regions and categories.

2017 Leader in Excellence AwardBest of Home Care—Leader in Excellence

The Leader in Excellence Award is given to those home care providers who have excelled in both caregiver and client satisfaction reviews. They receive the highest client and caregiver satisfaction scores in at least 15 of the 20 categories measured by Home Care Pulse. This award shows clients that these providers are dedicated to not only client satisfaction but caregiver satisfaction as well. To qualify for Best of Home Care—Leader in Excellence, you must:

  • Be a Home Care Pulse Certified business for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.
  • Complete a minimum of two client and two caregiver satisfaction interviews per month during the previous 12 months.
  • Achieve Best of Home Care in at least 10 of 14 combined client and caregiver satisfaction categories during the previous 12 consecutive months.
