SRC Associate

We are looking for a part-time phone interviewer.  This is a long term position; we are not looking for short term.  Great working environment!  It will be 15 to 20 hours a week.  Shifts vary.   Applicants need excellent phone skills, and must be able to type 50+ words per minute, in order to transcribe the interview calls.   Each applicant must pass our online typing test.  Must be detail oriented, be able to demonstrate good writing skills, and speak fluent English.  We do perform criminal background checks on all of our employees and conduct random drug tests.

We work specifically with home care agencies who hire us to gather feedback on their behalf. This is not a telemarketing position/selling products.  Our Satisfaction Phone Interviewers help home care agencies improve the quality of care they provide to seniors and the disabled.
