BAYADA Home Health Care Expands Partnership with Home Care Pulse to Enhance Client Experience and Satisfaction
Moorestown, NJ November 10th 2020– BAYADA Home Health Care, a leading national nonprofit provider of in-home care and post-acute care services, is expanding its partnership with Home Care Pulse, the home care industry’s leading experience management and training firm in North America.
While BAYADA has previously partnered with Home Care Pulse to conduct quality surveys and gather data for its US-based assistive care and habilitation services, Home Care Pulse will now perform surveys on BAYADA’s behalf for multiple BAYADA service lines in the US, including pediatrics, behavioral health, assistive care Medicaid services, and adult nursing.
The expanded partnership with Home Care Pulse will give more BAYADA locations throughout the United States the ability to measure client satisfaction by gathering regular feedback through digital and telephone surveys. While individual locations will have agency-specific data to drive actionable improvements in their area, BAYADA’s specialty practices will use the data to power insights and drive initiatives at the service line level.
“BAYADA’s values of compassion, excellence, and reliability are grounded in putting our clients first and ensuring that we fulfill our clients’ needs promptly and thoroughly,” said David Baiada, CEO of BAYADA Home Health Care. “By expanding our use of Home Care Pulse’s client experience analytics, we can better understand the full BAYADA client experience and achieve our vision of helping more people achieve a better quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.”
This partnership comes as home care companies are increasingly turning toward data-driven strategies to provide value-based care.
“We’re excited to expand our partnership with BAYADA,” said Todd Austin, COO of Home Care Pulse. “Their commitment to quality has always been exceptional, and this partnership will only cement that commitment. More and more, data is becoming the currency of healthcare, and BAYADA is helping lead the charge toward a data-driven, value-based system of healthcare that works better for everybody.”
