About the Study
At Home Care Pulse, our mission is to provide home care providers with the resources and data they need to succeed, and we have done this through our annual Home Care Benchmarking Study. Since 2010, we have partnered with the Home Care Association of America (HCAOA) to conduct the largest national study on the home care industry year after year. Analysis of the results is published as the Annual Home Care Benchmarking Study. With help from our partners and nationwide participants, the Study has helped thousands of home care providers to improve their business by providing detailed data on finance, sales, marketing, recruitment, retention, client satisfaction, and more.
Now as we enter 2017, we are preparing to publish the latest Home Care Benchmarking Study. To help make this possible, we’d like to request your participation in the 2017 Online Survey that provides much of the essential data for the study. When you participate in the study, you help increase the value of our data, and you have an important opportunity to evaluate your business data from the past year.

How Can You Participate?
Throughout the month of January, the Prep Worksheet is available for you to download and complete. We’d like to encourage you to prepare for the survey by filling out this Prep Worksheet. The worksheet will help you to prepare all of the information you need to participate in the 2017 Online Survey, which opens on February 1st. The worksheet also functions as an excellent free tool for evaluating business growth in 2016 and setting goals for 2017.
What are the Rewards of Participating?
