Responsibilities
Help to expand our empire of educational content for small business owners
Write blog content, manage social media, and write marketing emails
Take part in discussions about our overall marketing strategy
Assist with other marketing/writing/data analysis projects as needed
Necessary Qualifications
A very strong writer, with a good ear for brand voice
Able to quickly learn the landscape of a niche industry
Able to understand and relate to the challenges small business owners face
Able to analyze data and come to thoughtful and actionable conclusions
Someone who exemplifies our Core Values (service-minded, problem-solving, continuously learning, driven, and passionate)
Preferred (not required)
Experience in management at a small business, with profit/loss, marketing, and/or staffing responsibilities
Experience in B2B content marketing, email marketing, and social media management (esp. Facebook Ads Manager)
Experience working with data in Google Analytics, Excel, and a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Experience building and optimizing WordPress sites
Basic skills with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in account management, B2B sales, or partner management
