About This Role

Are you a passionate content marketer looking to work for a tech company in the country’s fastest-growing industry? As a Content Marketing Manager, you will work autonomously and alongside a close-knit team to execute inbound marketing tactics, help shape marketing strategy, research a rapidly evolving industry, reach new segments of our audience, help develop and market new products, and create wildly popular content for our space.

Responsibilities

  • Write content for our marketing channels and be our resident wordsmith

  • Assist with lead generation, lead qualification, and progressing leads through the funnel

  • Help plan and prepare presentation content for webinars and conferences

  • Help to expand our collection of educational content and resources for home care business owners

  • Help craft marketing emails and nurturing campaigns

  • Build relationships with partners and coordinate on co-marketing efforts

  • Take part in discussions about our overall marketing strategy

  • Assist with other marketing/writing/data analysis projects as needed

  • Assist in creating reports and analyzing marketing campaign performance

Necessary Qualifications

  • Very strong writing abilities, with a good ear for brand voice and bullet-proof spelling & grammar

  • Highly analytical – Able to create reports and analyze findings to come to thoughtful and actionable conclusions

  • Strong communication/follow-up skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly collaborative environment

  • Able to stay organized and manage multiple ongoing projects at once and meet deadlines

  • Results-oriented with the ability to take feedback and revise copy

  • Able to be comfortable and professional talking to partners or customers over the phone or email

  • Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure everything stays on brand

  • Up to date on the latest marketing best practices, trends, and terminology

  • Able to quickly research and learn the landscape of a niche industry

Preferred Qualifications (not required)

  • Experience in B2B content marketing, email marketing, or account based marketing.

  • Experience working with data in Google Analytics, Excel, and a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Experience working in WordPress

  • Experience in account management, B2B sales, or partner management

  • Social media experience

  • Understanding of SEO/SEM principles and best practices
