As the Director of Sales at Home Care Pulse, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 – 15 business development representatives and inside sales account executives in the attainment of monthly and quarterly quotas. You will be tasked to work within the Home Health and Hospice space as this position is vertical-specific.
As an integral part of our continued growth, you will be responsible for providing continuous mentorship and coaching for your team, refining the sales process, becoming an industry expert in your vertical, and working cross-functionally within the sales, marketing, and implementation organizations to provide a stellar experience for prospective customers.
