Home Care Pulse is growing quickly and we are looking to add talented and dedicated people to our research team. Our Satisfaction Research Associates perform interviews over the phone with home care recipients or their loved ones and their caregivers across the country. These are not cold calls, nor are they sales calls. The interviewees are expecting your call. This position gives you the chance to make a profound difference in their quality of life by gathering their feedback, which is directly reported to their home care provider so they can improve the quality of their care.

At Home Care Pulse, our goal is to have a positive impact on the lives of millions of aging seniors and other home care recipients across North America. We do this by working closely with home care providers to gauge the quality of care they provide their clients. We do what we do because we believe that every person deserves to be cared for with dignity, respect, and love.

What we’re doing is important and changing the lives of thousands of individuals who receive home care, so we are determined to get it right and that starts with the people we hire. We pay more than many jobs in the area because we expect more. We allow flexible full-time and part-time schedules because we want you to have the freedom to pursue your education, spend time with your family & friends, and still pay your bills.

At Home Care Pulse we believe in living our Core Values. We hire, fire, review, recognize, and reward based upon these values. Please do not apply if you cannot live by these core values:

  1. Service Minded – A can do attitude. Generous with our time. Selfless.
  2. Passionate – Contributing. Positive attitude. Shared WHY.
  3. Driven – Ownership. Forward thinking. Pro-active. Committed.
  4. Problem Solver – Resourceful. Collaborative. Attentive. Data driven.
  5. Continuous Learning – Teachable. Humble. Vulnerable. Insightful.

If you’re looking for an easy job that simply requires a warm body in a chair, this isn’t the right environment for you. If, however, you want a well-paying job with co-workers and supervisors who believe in what they do and want to see you grow, we’d love to visit with you.
