This course teaches advance directives to the community healthcare professional, including how to educate patients to make important life-sustaining preferences a reality. The content focuses on how to encourage patients to solidify their preferences, maintain compliance to various regulations and treatment orders, and use a Back to Basics approach to provide challenging education to patients and their loved ones regarding advance directives.
