This course reviews some basic coaching situations and expands upon them to give the learner a chance to practice applying the skills in different situations. This course will establish the context of a situation, then allow the learner a chance to practice or evaluate a portion of a coaching session. As a result, the learner will be able to target specific areas for improvement, motivate and inspire individuals, communicate more effectively as a coach, and increase job satisfaction for employees and themselves.
