This course provides an overview of the Hospice Quality Reporting Program, its purpose, and the current measures. The impact of compliance on payment is covered along with changes expected for FY 22. The course is intended for hospice leaders and clinicians and provides the opportunity to gain needed knowledge to respond when regulations governing the Hospice Quality Reporting Program change.

Identify the components that currently make up the HQRP.
Correlate the omission of data collection for HIS measures with the quality measure outcomes.
Apply the steps used to calculate composite measure scores from individual measure data.
List two resources to obtain information about the HQRP requirements including any updates planned/implemented.
