Home Care Pulse is growing quickly, and we are looking to add talented and dedicated people to our team. The Data and Reporting Manager role is designed to help our Satisfaction Research Center (SRC– call center) to manage the many calling campaigns we run in our phone-dialing system (VICI). You will also be finding and analyzing call data.
As a member of our SRC management team, you will be taught how to use and manage VICI, which is the phone system that controls our outbound and inbound calling. You will also need to be able to find, organize, and analyze data from this system to ensure we are calling efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate must have advanced knowledge of how to use Excel and be able to efficiently present data found. The ideal candidate for the Data and Reporting Manager must also be:
