The Role

  • Develop and execute demand generation initiatives to reinforce our brand, drive new leads, and nurture our existing database of leads
  • Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend
  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation system (HubSpot) to increase conversion rates to marketing qualified leads, and improve the integrity of the overall database
  • Develop integrated paid and organic programs that significantly increase the funnel and overall pipeline (e.g. Google PPC, Capterra, Facebook/LinkedIn PPC, or from content marketing, webinars, events)
  • Work with the content marketing team and design team to develop and promote marketing materials to drive awareness and interest
  • Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps
  • Coordinate with other team members on designing, implementing and analyzing A/B split tests across multiple channels (email, website, blog, ads, etc.) and improve conversion rate optimization
  • Acquire and retain customers by targeting every stage of the funnel through strategic and tactical channel experimentation and non-linear buying journeys.
  • Identify and segment audiences and assist in developing messaging that addresses pain points
  • Develop attribution models to continually measure and track the results of our efforts
  • Gain a deep understanding of the post-acute healthcare space and the challenges and opportunities of our target audience

Necessary Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working in a growth-oriented marketing team focused on driving subscriber and revenue growth.
  • Experience in demand generation with B2B SaaS organizations
  • Master at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns
  • Demonstrated analytical ability and deep understanding of performance marketing metrics with an ability to read the data and come up with actionable conclusions and calculate ROI on efforts
  • Proven experience in managing the creation of lead generation materials such as guides, pillar content, slide decks, and other marketing collateral
  • Experience strategizing and communicating product offers to customers, prospects, and sales professionals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with superb attention to detail
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular marketing automation and sales automation systems, particularly HubSpot
  • Deep understanding of inbound methodology and content marketing tactics
  • Ability to lead and develop demand generation team
