Position Summary

Home Care Pulse is growing quickly, and we are looking to add talented and dedicated people to our leadership team. As a member of our leadership team, you will oversee the company’s finances and data analysis. You will be responsible for ensuring the company’s finances are kept up-to-date, reporting the P&L, balance, and cash flow statements. You will analyze data for the company and industry to make informed business decisions.

The ideal candidate is passionate about data analysis, understands financial statements, and owns their data in presenting well thought out proposals. The ideal candidate will pay attention to detail and possess organization skills to tell a story with data, while being a team player.

Duties and Corresponding Responsibilities

  • Working with the CEO/COO on budgeting and forecasting.
  • Primary duties include updating financial statements, reporting key metrics, performing data analysis.
  • Performing billing for customers of services rendered.
  • Ensuring the company has good cash flow through managing accounts receivables.
  • Paying vendors in a timely manner based on the terms of agreement.
  • Analyzing data to make informed decisions for long-term future of company.
  • Working with other team members to provide them with needed data and analysis.
  • Being a part of our benchmarking study team in conducting industry surveys.
  • As a member of the leadership team being able to collaborate with other directors, and bring new ideas for improvements and efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in finance and analysis
  • Ability to lead others and manage a team of individuals
  • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Database management experience, preferably MySQL
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and detail oriented
  • Self-starter
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Successfully working independently as member of a close-knit team
  • Career and goal oriented
  • Decisive and proactive
