The Home Care Pulse Client Interview Process:
Home Care Pulse gathers feedback by conducting random live phone interviews with a percentage of a home care provider’s clients each month. Because we are an independent third-party company, we are able to collect honest and unbiased feedback, without outside influence. Each client, or their responsible party, is given the opportunity to rate the provider on a scale of 1-10 in areas such as timeliness of caregivers, services being provided as promised and overall quality of care. In addition to the individual ratings, clients are given the opportunity to provide feedback on areas where the provider needs to improve as well as areas where they excel.
After Home Care Pulse conducts live phone interviews, we send a report to each provider, franchise and/or membership organization informing them of our findings and showing them how their business or organization rates compared to others in the industry. Our intention is to motivate providers to make improvements and highlight those who are the best in the industry.
Which awards/distinctions has your home care provider earned?
Please keep in mind that although a franchise or organization may be an Endorsed National Provider, that does not mean that every provider in their network has received the same recognition. Home care businesses are independently-owned and operated and may or may not contract with Home Care Pulse. Home care providers who contract with Home Care Pulse are known as Home Care Pulse Certified and/or Best of Home Care® award-winning providers.
Ask your home care provider if they are Home Care Pulse Certified and if they belong to a franchise or membership organization that is an Endorsed National Provider. These distinctions will give you peace of mind, knowing that you are receiving the best in home care for you or your loved ones.
