Position Summary

  • Meet and/or exceed monthly sales quotas.

  • Increase revenue by selling online caregiver training and bundled products.

  • Expand the telesales outreach program by calling leads and identifying new accounts.

  • Cultivate business-to-business prospects through vigorous outreach programs including telesales and ongoing email correspondence.

  • Articulate a clear value proposition to customers.

  • Leverage marketing campaigns and provide customer feedback to the marketing team.

  • Identify opportunities to expand sales among existing accounts.

  • Lead the sales process by scheduling and/or participating in online demos, building rapport, overcoming objections, preparing proposals, and closing sales.

  • Contribute to the overall growth goals of the In the Know and Home Care Pulse

  • Support the mission of In the Know by ensuring that healthcare organizations train and retain top-notch frontline caregivers.


  • Three to five years of outreach sales experience.  (Sales experience within the senior care and/or elearning industries preferred.)

  • High energy sales professional who thrives on the phone and is successful hunting new business with minimal supervision.

  • The ability to identify customer needs and tailor the sales process accordingly.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

  • Experience with CRM software preferred

  • Strong problem solver with the creativity and persistence to find innovative solutions to problems
