Duties

Our LMS Content Specialists manage, test, and troubleshoot online training content produced for our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure optimal course functionality for all end-users. 

This includes:

  • Working with the Director of Course Development and the LMS Administrator to monitor the LMS library for course functionality and stability. 

  • Tracking eLearning course versions, status, and revisions in Excel and other task management software. 

  • Participating in the design and development of quality checklists and testing requirements for eLearning products and related components. 

  • Performing quality analysis and technical testing of SCORM content functionality across platforms, devices, and browsers. 

  • Monitoring support tickets or course-related help issues to ensure that end-user questions/issues related to course functionality are being addressed. 

  • Maintaining and making updates to the Home Care Pulse LMS Knowledge Base. 

  • Working with external partners to maintain their course libraries. 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in online training, course development, and/or IT 

  • 3+ years of experience working with Learning Management Systems 

  • Extensive knowledge of Articulate 360 Suite 

  • Understanding of eLearning and web application development process 

  • SCORM compliant applications testing/Integration experience is a plus 

  • Competency with Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, filters, and conditional formatting, etc.) 

  • Outstanding internal and external customer service, project management, and customer relations skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detailand organizational skills 

  • Success working independently and as a member of a closeknit team 

  • Ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly 

  • Flexibility to adjust to dynamic work environments with the ability to contribute to growing and improving team processes
