About This Role

The Home Care Pulse team is growing and to support a growing sales team, we are looking for a talented sales operations manager who can help support the sales and marketing teams. As a sales operations manager, you will join the marketing team and fill a role that help bridge the gap between our department and sales. You will build automation, edit CRM configuration, help optimize processes, coordinate with directors, keep up with new CRM features, prepare reports, and keep our records clean, organized, and updated.

  • Design, document and build automation workflows to support sales, marketing, and customer support initiatives

  • Maintain CRM hygiene (Keep database clean and organized)

  • Import and export contacts
  • Help configure and manage CRM integrations
  • Manage CRM settings and set up new properties
  • Help with assigning/distributing leads and other requests from the sales team
  • Segment contacts by building lists and assist on initiatives to capture more complete contact data
  • Stay updated on new software features and opportunities
  • Help set up emails/templates
  • Help monitor our email reputation
  • Build reports for other teams and departments
  • Help train new hires on sales, marketing, and customer support team

Necessary Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM

  • Tech savvy/capable of learning new software and new workflows quickly

  • Understanding of B2B performance indicators

  • Stellar communication and follow-up skills

  • Ability to listen carefully and take notes

  • Proven organizational skills

  • Able to analyze data and come to thoughtful and actionable conclusions

  • Detail oriented

  • Understanding of sales and marketing terminology and principles

  • Ability to articulate and defend solutions to complicated problems

Preferred Qualifications (not required)

  • HubSpot experience

  • Experience building or planning branching logic or substantial experience with automation tool is a plus

  • Experience in B2B marketing

  • Experience building and optimizing WordPress sites

  • Basic skills with Adobe Creative Suite

  • Forecasting experience

  • Zapier experience

  • Well versed in Excel and intermediate to advanced tools/functions
