Home Care Pulse and the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers Announce Partnership for 2014 Care Manager Benchmarking Study
Home Care Pulse, the leader in quality management and satisfaction for the home care industry and publisher of the Private Duty Benchmarking Study, is pleased to announce its partnership with the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM) for the inaugural edition of the 2014 Care Manager Benchmarking Study.
“We are so excited to work with NAPGCM as we produce the first-ever independent benchmarking study for the geriatric care industry,” Aaron Marcum, CEO and Founder of Home Care Pulse said. “We are anticipating hundreds of participants throughout the United States, making this the largest study ever conducted by Home Care Pulse in the geriatric care industry.”
In a collaborative effort, Home Care Pulse will conduct this independent Benchmarking Study for the Geriatric Care Industry with input from the NAPGCM into the types of information to be gathered and in promoting its members to participate in this first-ever study.
“We are thrilled about this new collaborative effort between Home Care Pulse and NAPGCM,” said Jullie Gray, President of NAPGCM. “This project will result in the first ever national geriatric care manager benchmarking study,” she added. “Together our organizations will be able to develop and conduct a broad-based survey that will support geriatric care managers and the people they serve.”
The 2014 Benchmarking Study will be conducted by Home Care Pulse in February 2014 and the results will be published in late April. The study will feature national and regional benchmarks on finance, marketing and sales, operations and much more.
