Home Care Pulse and CHAP have formed  a strategic partnership to combine accreditation with ongoing training and satisfaction.

REXBURG, Idaho, October 26th, 2021 — Home Care Pulse and Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) are thrilled to share that they’ve formed a strategic partnership to strengthen learning solutions, certification, and accreditation.

This exclusive training partnership was formed to help the CHAP Center for Excellence , and its partners deliver the best care and services possible, by providing the education needed to meet the rising demand of healthcare.

With 55 years of accreditation experience and counting, CHAP is the most experienced home and community-based accreditation program. It’s important that CHAP customers have a partner that can help close the gap as deficiencies are found – and Home Care Pulse is now able to fill that role as a preferred partner.

“CHAP customers now have the opportunity to utilize Home Care Pulse training courses to further develop their post-acute consolidation efforts,” said Linda Leekley Chief Clinical Officer at Home Care Pulse. “Excellent care has always been the goal of community-based care and this partnership will provide more guidance to accomplish this.”

”We are proud to align ourselves with a partner whose mission so closely mirrors our own. Home Care Pulse empowers healthcare providers to deliver quality care, and partnered with our new Center for Excellence, we will equip providers with knowledge, skills, and tools to advance community-based care,” Daniel Stephens, Senior Vice President, Center for Excellence.
