REXBURG, Idaho, June 24, 2021 – Home Care Pulse and HHAeXchange are pleased to announce that they have formed an integration partnership, connecting HHAeXchange’s comprehensive home care providers software with Home Care Pulse’s leading experience management solutions.
“Over the coming months, Home Care Pulse will be making some significant changes to our platforms,” said Erik Madsen, CEO of Home Care Pulse. “We’re thrilled to be moving toward a unified Care Intelligence Platform while developing more strategic partnerships to create a seamless experience for our users.”
“The partnership with HHAeXchange is one of many steps we’re taking to provide agencies with ease and accessibility across the many facets of operating a business,” said Madsen. “API Integration is a critical part of what we do, as it allows agencies to have one system of record and reduces the amount of double entry and platform jumping,” Madsen added. “It’s our mission to guide home care agencies in providing excellent care by giving them the insight, training, and tools to meaningfully improve every client and caregiver experience.”
By forming the integration partnership with HHAeXchange, Home Care Pulse users will be able to integrate their Home Care Pulse software with HHAeXchnage to better manage the client and caregiver data that go into the system cutting back on time spent updating individual records or searching for compliance data. All integrations are offered free to Home Care Pulse users.
“At HHAeXchange, we connect providers, payers, and members through our intuitive web-based platform, enabling unparalleled communication, transparency, and visibility – and we’re thrilled to team up with Home Care Pulse to expand that mission even further,” said Stephen Vaccaro, President of HHAeXchange. “Every home care agency needs processes for feedback, training and reputation management – and those processes shouldn’t happen in silos. Home Care Pulse combines all three into one platform for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.”
