As Home Care Pulse’s data expert, JC has headed the creation of five benchmarking studies and has spoken at industry conferences across the nation. JC honed his skills in data analysis while studying financial economics at BYU-Idaho, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is currently pursuing a masters degree in operations from Ohio State University and preparing for the 2017 Home Care Benchmarking Study.
