Position Summary

At Home Care Pulse, we provide healthcare organizations with a robust training library for their caregivers and clinicians. We’re seeking a clinical research specialist to help ensure that our training program meets all current state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for conducting online research and possess strong writing/communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Researching statutes and regulations based on training requirements for state, federal, and common accrediting body requirements for caregivers and clinicians in every state.
  • Conducting similar research for each province in Canada.
  • Developing crosswalks, mapping Home Care Pulse training courses to the regulations
  • Updating public-facing documents with regulations and training requirements with links to appropriate statutes.
  • Serving as a resource for training regulations to Home Care Pulse colleagues. Includes being available to answer questions on Microsoft Teams messaging platform.
  • Assisting the Sales and Customer Support teams in answering regulatory questions from both prospects and customers.
  • Participating in market analysis, data review and analysis, and other related projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree desired
  • Experience conducting research
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to step through logical pathways to determine results.
  • Must be results oriented; effective as both a team member and independent worker with attention to detail and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinker able to take and give constructive feedback.
