Home Care Pulse is growing quickly and we are looking to add talented and dedicated people to our research team. Our Satisfaction Research Associates perform interviews over the phone with home care recipients or their loved ones and their caregivers across the country. These are not cold calls, nor are they sales calls. The interviewees are expecting your call. This position gives you the chance to make a profound difference in their quality of life by gathering their feedback, which is directly reported to their home care provider so they can improve the quality of their care.
