Project Description
Calculate Your Caregiver Turnover

Basic caregiver turnover is calculated by taking the number of caregivers who quit or were terminated during a timeframe and dividing that number by the average number of caregivers* employed in the same time period.
*To calculate the average number of caregivers employed during a timeframe, take the sum of the number of caregivers employed at the beginning of the timeframe and at the end of the timeframe and divide that number by 2.
