Do I need to reach out to my clients about this?

You will not need to reach out to your clients regarding this as we will be including a question at the end of the survey to see if they would participate in this management of reviews. Your regular inform letters to let them know that we will call them will be enough.

How many reviews should I expect?

The amount of reviews will vary depending on how many clients are willing to leave a review. While results may vary for each office, through our pilot program we saw a 120% increase in reviews within six months compared to the previous six months.

How much does this cost?

Retail price is $149 per month. There are available discounts for those that are currently on a Package Agreement. When you go to sign up, your discounts will automatically be applied. You can contact your Customer Success Manager to see if you qualify for any additional discounts.

What if I get a bad review/am I able to respond?

You will be able to respond to any Google and Facebook reviews that are left by your clients directly from the VANTAGE dashboard. We encourage you to respond to all reviews, both positive and negative.

Can I choose who can leave a review?

We will be asking each client after we complete a survey with them if they would like to leave an online review. This allows us to do all the heavy lifting and training so you can rest assured that everyone will be asked to leave a review.

How is Review Manager integration different from Caring.com?

The integration with Caring.com allows us to post reviews to their site from the surveys that we are completing. However, with Review Manager, we are inviting your clients to post a Google or Facebook review by sending them a link to your appropriate sites.

How does the agreement work?

The agreement for the Review Management program will automatically be included in your current Satisfaction Management term once opted in to. If you have questions as to how long your current agreement is, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
