Position Details

The SEO/Conversion Specialist will be responsible for increasing traffic to our websites and improving conversion rates. Their goal will be to continually test and refine existing landing pages, core content pages, blog articles, etc., and make suggestions where our time will be best spent (page optimization/article topics). They will work closely with the rest of the marketing team to build/edit pages in WordPress, run reports, perform A/B tests, research conversion strategies, run ad/remarketing campaigns, develop our SEO/link building strategies, and optimize our site for maximum visibility.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ongoing keyword research and optimization

  • Optimize content for blogs, landing pages, and websites

  • Help run A/B tests and create reports for the team

  • Running PPC & remarketing campaigns, report on results, and continually optimize

  • Strategize ways to increase conversions and support with data

  • Write powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors

  • Help develop link building strategies

  • Ongoing keyword research and optimization

  • Assist in building/optimizing landing pages

  • Write and optimize page titles and meta descriptions and lead the way in other on page optimization efforts

  • Keeping the marketing team updated on SEO best practices/algorithm changes/new strategies

  • Run SEO/conversion performance reports for the business development team

  • Make site UX/UI suggestions following best practices and supporting data

  • Research and implement other SEO recommendations

  • Other assignments as needed


  • Prior experience with SEO and conversion optimization

  • Experience with WordPress

  • Basic knowledge HTML/CSS/JavaScript

  • Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices

  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill

  • Ability to work within a team and independently

  • Expert at analyzing/running reports in Google

  • Experience with website optimization tools

  • Strong organizational, time management, analytical skills, and detail oriented

  • Experience targeting niche audiences.

  • Experience with Google Search console and other SEO tools

  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM/marketing automation software is a plus
