Like it the old fashioned way?

The home care industry is booming and we love serving our home care customers. But, did you know intheknow Caregiver Training is NOT JUST LIMITED to the home care industry?

What other industries do we serve?

intheknow caregiver training modules are used to train caregivers in multiple care settings across the nation, including:

  • Home care
  • Home health
  • Hospice
  • Assisted living
  • Skilled nursing facilities, and
  • Hospitals

Who can take our courses?

Frontline caregivers started out as, and remain the sole focus for intheknow . Why? Because they deserve our undivided attention. Caregivers play a crucial role on the health care team, yet they have the least amount of pre-employment education of any clinical employee. Effective continuing education is crucial for their professional growth!

That’s why every intheknow course is approved for all caregivers in all states with a few exceptions.* That means CEUs can be awarded to:

  • CNAs
  • HHAs
  • PCAs
  • CHHAs, and
  • Non-medical caregivers (companions, sitters, etc.)

*Exceptions include:

Washington State Only: certain intheknow e-leaning courses are approved by Washington state at this time.

Delaware: You must use CEUs provided by Elsevier. Click HERE for access.

What makes intheknow unique?

Our team of writers has experience in home care, hospice, long-term care, hospital nursing, healthcare management and staff development. They perform extensive research to make sure each course contains the most recent information.

What’ss more? Every intheknow course is developed by a skilled team of instructional designers who know how important it is for learning to be interactive, engaging, and frankly, fun!
