With 15 years of experience in the health care sector, Kristen Duell began her journey as a Personal Care Aid, when she discovered a passion for delivering exceptional care. A hunger to make a bigger impact led her down the path of health information technology, where she gained experience in roles involving implementation, sales, marketing, and training. In her current role as the CEO of Savii, Kristen is executing a vision to bring human focused innovation to needs of post-acute care agencies. Under her leadership, Savii is delivering a solution that helps agencies deliver exceptional care while increasing retention rates and their bottom line.

Linda Leekley BS, RN is the founder of In the Know, a premier provider of caregiver training. Following In the Know’s merger with Home Care Pulse, she has taken on the role Chief Content Officer at Home Care Pulse. Linda’s passion for nurse aide education makes In the Know the leader in both instructor-led and online caregiver training solutions. Under her guidance, In the Know training courses are written by registered nurses with caregivers in mind, focusing on their unique responsibilities, duties, experience, and education. Linda’s mission is to continue to promote and support the professionalism of caregivers everywhere, so that home care agencies can direct their time and resources toward expanding their business.

Brandi Kurtyka is Co-Founding CEO of myCNAjobs and a national caregiver recruitment speaker.  As God-fearing Christians, Kurtyka and her husband were called to pave the way to provide the best care by empowering those that deliver it. Prior to myCNAjobs, Brandi led digital marketing for the world’s largest marketing research agency and served in various executive roles for both healthcare and recruitment companies in Chicago.

She’s on a mission to arm healthcare recruiters with more insight about caregiver motivations to fuel the hiring and retention of a workforce plagued with high turnover.

Before joining Home Care Pulse, Erik spent eighteen years working with a global consumer products company covering sales, marketing, customer support, and operations. Erik has a master’s degree in business management from Idaho State University, and he loves using his knowledge and experience to help others succeed and organize chaos into functioning systems and processes.
