A day in the life:
- Implement event strategy and execution with business and marketing objectives to educate, engage, and excite our core audience
- Build upon the event management processes and bring new ideas forward for internal and external event opportunities
- Drive and refine KPIs to measure event performance and success
- Liaise with internal presenters and external partners/providers to coordinate high-quality education and engaging content for all events
- Serve as central point of contact internally for all events between marketing, leadership, sales, and customer success
- Contribute (to full ownership) in event content (i.e., content outlines and slide decks) for C-suite executives for internal and external events
- Maintain and coach a roster of speakers at Home Care Pulse
You are someone who:
- Functions with confidence, but is willing to ask questions
- Thrives with lots of autonomy and flexibility
- Has a data-driven mind with a creative spirit
- Has strong ambitions and high quality standards
- Likes getting out of your comfort zone
- Has the ability to build lasting relationships and lead cross-functional teams and projects
We recommend you have:
- 2-3 years in an Event Management or related position
- A good understanding of brand experience and how it relates to event channels
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing, sales and CS
You’d stand out if you:
- Have experience or are familiar with the home care industry
- Have experience in SaaS marketing and events
