REXBURG, Idaho, November 18, 2021 – Home Care Pulse and Home Instead are pleased to announce that they’ve entered into a training partnership to support more than 650 Home Instead franchise offices and 50,000 learners across the United States and Canada.

This training partnership is designed to maximize the ability for Home Instead franchise offices to deliver the best home care services possible by applying Home Care Pulse’s clinical research, course designs, and data-driven approach to training.

Home Instead will be utilizing all 600+ hours of HCP Training content, including subjects related to personal care, home health, nurse delegation, compassion fatigue/dealing with stress, compliance and/or certification monitoring, soft skills, and more.

“We’re excited to expand our partnership with Home Instead,” said Todd Austin COO of Home Care Pulse. “Earlier this year when Home Instead connected with us about their interest in more learning content, it was clear to me that our missions were aligned. We all share the desire to transform care experiences. With Honor Technology’s recent acquisition of Home Instead and the increased investment in research and development through engineering and technology, we’re excited to support those efforts and feel this partnership will continue to transform care delivery.”

“Home Care Pulse offers a solution we’ve been craving. Learners will enjoy the engaging content and managers will enjoy deploying a seamless training experience within Empower,“ said Mandi Dilling Learning and Development Director at Home Instead. As Home Instead onboards and upskills thousands of CAREGivers who will serve our aging population, we are confident we’re providing the best possible training experience with HCP.”
