Senior Solutions Home Care will be surveying approximately 7% of their client and caregiver population every month to measure satisfaction across 20 offices, with clients in all 95 counties throughout Tennessee. They aim to increase client and caregiver retention and pinpoint key areas of opportunity to focus on in their business.
